My Health for Life
Getting your health back on track with My health for life!
If you feel like you’re ready to make a change, the My health for life program is now available, through Dietcare!
This free healthy lifestyle program, funded by the Queensland Government, is designed to help you improve your health and reduce your risk of developing chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
My health for life believes healthy change is best in small, manageable steps. Whether you want to lose weight, move more, or live a healthier life, the program will provide you with the skills and support to achieve your goals and make healthy change through personalized health coaching.

- The program is free
- It is delivered by one of our Accredited Practicing Dietitians
- It involves six sessions over six months
- The program is available in small groups sessions
- The first session is a personalised one-on-one appointment
